RETURNS
1. Eligibility for Return
Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged during transit. Any other reasons for return will not be entertained.
2. Proof of Damage
To claim a return or refund, you must provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the product at the time of opening. This video serves as crucial evidence for assessing the damage. Please ensure the video captures the package’s condition from the moment it is opened.
3. Initiating a Return
Returns must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please contact our customer service team via the contact details provided on our website under the ‘Contact Us’ section. Include the unboxing video and a brief description of the damage when making your return request.
4. Return Shipping
If the damage is confirmed, Mini Mystic Tales will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide instructions for the return process once the damage is verified.
REFUNDS
1. Assessment of Damage
Upon receiving your return request, we will review the unboxing video to assess the extent of the damage. Only damages incurred during shipment, as evidenced by the video, will be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Refund Amount
Refunds will cover the cost of the product, including shipping and handling fees, for approved damaged returns only.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Incorrect Address or Contact Details – Mini Mystic Tales is not liable for loss or damage to packages if the address or contact details provided at the time of checkout are incorrect.
- Condition for Exchange – We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Sale Items – Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
